CNG to Propane Flare Kit. This kit is designed to provide a majority of the standard components needed to connect a propane flare to a CNG system using our 1-inch propane flare as a stable base.
It includes a full pressure valve assembly with pressure gauge, a “Direct Vent Valve Assembly”. This assembly allows the responder to connect to a full pressure system (3600 psi) to a standard propane flare and flow at higher pressures (up to 350 psi). The Assembly includes a PRD that opens up and provides an audible alert during activation indicating that the pressure must be reduced (product release). As soon as the audible alert is heard the control valve MUST be partially shut down/closed to limit downstream pressure protecting the propane hose .
Use of safety glasses and body protection is required for the use of this kit.
Your NEWLY UPDATED CNG Adapter Kit will contain at a minimum the following items:
* The kit includes multiple industry standard connection options with quick connectors,
* 1 set of spare compression Ferrell’s
* TWO 25-foot CNG hoses with quick connectors
* ONE 4-foot CNG hose with quick connectors and control valve
* Assorted system connection options with quick connectors,
* Valve assembly with relief valve that provides an audible alert when the system flow exceeds 350 psi allowing propane hose to be used as an extension.
* CNG Fuel Transfer Wiring Harness Kit – Working with manufacturers and suppliers we decided on the most common plugs and then added some more options, I like options. This kit provides 3 of the most common terminal ends used on CNG tanks and cylinders.
* Our CNG direct vent tip to allow full tank pressure to be vented to atmosphere (the Tip must be used with a 1″ pipe flare the utilizes a full quad base covering at least 64 sq. feet.)
* Solenoid Valve Troubleshooting Magnet Tool – Used to manually open a solenoid valve by lifting its stem and plunger using industrial grade magnet housed inside durable ABS plastic.
