1-Inch Propane Distribution Manifold

Description

The RESPONDER TRAINING 1-inch Propane Manifold was created as the direct result of a fire department identifying a need and then contacting us with a request for a tool to address the problem.

 

This unique tool was designed with two distinct options in mind:
First, it allows a 1-inch supply line to connect to multiple flares (1/2” small flares).

And second, the manifold allows up to 7 cylinders to be connected to a 1-inch flare with the optional hose kit.

 

Unlike others that can fail over time due to rust, the body of our 1-inch distribution manifold is made from stainless steel and pressure tested to 500 psi. 

All ACME connections are brass.

Inlets and Outlets:
1 – 1 3/4″ Male ACME with shut off valve
1 – 1 3/4″ Female ACME with shut off valve
6 – 1 3/4″ Male ACME with shut off valve

1 – 0-300 psi Stainless Steel pressure gauge
1 – Stainless Steel hydrostatic relief valve
